Terms of Service

CTN Ticketing Platform is operated by Content Travel Network.

1. Intended Users

CTN Ticketing Platform is intended for IATA travel agencies (Consolidators) and their authorized partner agencies (Subagencies). By using the Service, you confirm that you have a valid Sabre GDS subscription and the legal right to perform ticketing operations.

2. Nature of the Service

CTN Ticketing Platform is provided as a Sabre Red App and web-based SaaS platform that facilitates airline ticketing operations through Sabre GDS. The platform does not itself issue tickets — it executes commands on behalf of authorized agents through the consolidator's issue office (PCC).

4. Financial Transactions

CTN Ticketing Platform automatically deducts ticket costs from subagency balances and applies consolidator-defined service fees. All financial transactions are recorded and visible in Balance Transactions reports. Consolidators are responsible for managing deposit and credit arrangements with their subagencies.

5. Sabre GDS Integration

CTN Ticketing Platform is a Sabre Red App Certified Provider. All ticketing operations are executed through Sabre GDS. CTN is not responsible for Sabre system availability, GDS errors, or airline-imposed restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

CTN Ticketing Platform is provided "as is". Content Travel Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to incorrect ticket issuance due to agent error or Sabre GDS unavailability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Consolidators may deactivate subagency accounts at any time. Users may stop using the Service by contacting their administrator.
