CTN Ticketing Platform provides airline ticketing services exclusively to authorized travel agencies through Sabre GDS.
Authorized Data Access
- CTN accesses Sabre GDS data only through official Sabre APIs and the Red App framework
- Access is limited to the PCC and EPR credentials provided by the agency
- No data is accessed without agent-initiated action
- Consolidators control which subagencies have access and under what rules
Data Usage
Ticketing data is used solely to provide the requested services: executing GDS commands, maintaining balances, generating reports, and enforcing consolidator rules. CTN does not use data for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose outside of platform operations.
Data Storage & Retention
- Transaction data stored securely for reporting and audit purposes
- Access restricted based on role-based permissions (Admin, Accountant, Agent)
- Data retained in accordance with airline industry and accounting requirements
- Data can be exported or deleted upon authorized request
